A Warm Front Over The Far Ne Waters Will Move N Of The Area Tonight. A Low Pressure System Centered Over The Southern North Carolina Coast Will Move Slowly Ne Along The North Carolina Coast Tonight And Thu, Passing Near Cape Hatteras Thu Afternoon And Near The Delmarva Thu Night And Fri. This Low Will Likely Become A Tropical Or Subtropical Cyclone Within The Next Day Or So. The Possible Tropical Cyclone Should Be Located Along The New Jersey Coast Fri Night, And Will Move Near Long Island Sat. Behind The Low, A Stationary Front Is Expected To Be Lingering Over The Northwest Waters, Stretching Over The Carolinas Sun. The Slow Moving Weakening Cold Front Will Pass Across The N Waters Sun Night Through Mon Night. Mariners Should Monitor The Latest Forecasts Regarding The Low Moving Along The Coast During The Rest Of The Week.
