Colin Will Merge With A Cold Front Approaching From The N Tonight, And Will Move E Of The Waters Late Mon. Otherwise, There Remains A Threat For Locally Gusty Winds And Rough Seas In And Near Any Thunderstorms Tonight, Mainly Near The Gulf Stream From Near Cape Fear Northeastward To The Northeastern Outer Offshore Zones. Mariners Should To Use Caution If In The Vicinity Of Any Stronger Thunderstorms. Elsewhere, A High Pressure Ridge Will Persist Across Or Just S Of The Southern Waters Tonight Through Fri Night. A Cold Front Will Slowly Move Se Across The Northern And Central Waters Tonight And Mon, Then Dissipate Mon Night Into Tue. High Pressure Will Build Over The Northern Waters Mon, Then Shift E Of The Area Mon Night Into Tue. Another Cold Front Will Move Se Across The Region Tue Night Through Wed Night.
