An Intense Frontal System Will Cross Coastal Waters Today And Depart The Region Early Wednesday Morning. Storm To Hurricane Force Southeasterlies, Followed By Storm To Hurricane Force Southwest Winds Are Forecast For The Majority Of Outer-Coastal Waters. Significant Wave Heights Are Also Expected. Inner-South Coastal Waters Will See Gale Force Southeasterlies Develop Through The Morning.
Winds Will Ease Through Wednesday Morning As The System Departs The Region. A Relative Lull In Winds Will Be Short Lived For Northern Waters As Another Frontal System Approaches Offshore Waters Later In The Day On Wednesday. Southern-Most Waters Will See Lighter Winds Through Much Of Wednesday.
