Winds Have Reached Marginal Northwesterly Gales Over Hecate Strait And Off Southwest Haida Gwaii And Will Continue Into Sunday. Marginal Gales Are Forecast To Develop Of The West Coast Of Vancouver Island Late Sunday Evening.
