An Intensifying Frontal System Is Bringing Southerly Gales To Central And Northern Waters Tonight. Winds Will Increase To Storm Force Southeasterlies On Friday And Also Affect The Northern Tip Of Vancouver Island. This System Will Generate Marginal Southeasterly Gales For Northern Sections Of The Strait Of Georgia Friday Afternoon And Friday Night.

Winds Will Persist As Periodic Southerly Gales Throughout Saturday.
