A Ridge Of High Pressure Over The Gulf Of St Lawrence Will Track Eastward Today To Lie Over Newfoundland Tonight. Strong Northwest Winds Ahead Of The Ridge Will Diminish In Its Vicinity. On Wednesday An Intensifying Trough Of Low Pressure Will Approach The District From The West. Strong To Gale Force Southerlies Are Expected To Develop Ahead Of The Trough.
Marine Interests Are Advised That A Gale Warnings Are In Effect For Grand Manan, Lurcher, Browns Bank And Georges Bank. A Freezing Spray
