A Cold Front Extends E And Ne From Near Virginia Beach Early Tonight, With A Weak Low Along The Front Just S Of Georges Bank, Moving E. The Front Will Move S To Off The Northern North Carolina Coast Later Tonight, Where It Will Stall Through Mon Night As Weak Low Pressure Centers Continue To Move E Along The Front. For Tue And Tue Night The Front Will Move Back N As A Warm Front As Low Pressure Strengthens And Moves Ne From The Great Lakes. The Low Will Move Ne Wed And Pull A Cold Front Into The Waters Late Wed Into Thu. The Front Will Then Stall From Off Of The South Carolina Coast Ne Across The Mid-Atlantic Offshore Waters Later Thu Into Fri Night As High Pressure Builds E Across Southern New England.
