By Thu, The Low Will Be Located Well Offshore Of The Delmarva Peninsula, And The Low Will Linger There Into Fri. Mariners Should Monitor Later Forecasts With Respect To The Timing And Strength Of Winds With The Low, Preparing For Possible Avoidance.
