A Hurricane Force Low Pressure Centered Across The Outer Mid-Atlantic Waters Near 39n65w This Evening Will Track E And Ne Tonight, And Then More E To Se Tue While Moving Well Out Into The N Atlantic By Tue Night. Mariners Should Exercise Avoidance Now. Behind The Low, High Pressure Will Build Over The Area, With A Cold Front Approaching The Northern Waters Tue Night. As High Pressure Remains To The South, The Front Will Become Nearly Stationary Off Of The Mid- Atlantic Coast Wed And Wed Night, Moving Back North As A Warm Front Thu Ahead Of Low Pressure Over The Great Lakes. The High To The South Will Slowly Move Off To The East Thu And Thu Night As A Strong Cold Front Approaches From The West Late Thu And Thu Night. The Cold Front Will Move Slowly Across The Area Fri Into Sat Night. A Series Of Low Pressures May Develop Along The Front Across The Northern Portions Sat And Sat Night.
