Vessels Should Be Exercising Extreme Avoidance From Post-Tropical Cyclone Teddy. Post- Tropical Cyclone Teddy Was Located Near 44.5n 62.7w At 5 Am Edt This Morning, And Was Moving Nne At 20 Kt. Teddy Is Forecast To Move To 47.5n 60.6w At 2 Pm Edt This Afternoon. Post-Tropical Cyclone Teddy Will Then Move Inland To 52.3n 56.7w At 2 Am Edt Thu Morning While Weakening, To 57.0n 53.5w At 2 Pm Edt Thu Aternoon, And Then Dissipate Ne Of The Area Fri Night. Vessels Must Ensure Continued Avoidance From The Post-Tropical Cyclone Until It Passes Well Away From The Area. Long Period East And Northeast Swell Will Affect The Waters Into Tonight.
