A Stationary Front Will Remain Over Or Near The Far S Waters Today And Tonight, With A Series Of Troughs Moving Over The N Waters Today And Tonight S Of Broad Low Pressure Over Se Canada. Low Pressure Will Develop Along The Front Off Of The Far Se Coast Wed, Slowly Moving Ne While Intensifying Wed Night And Thu. By Thu, The Low Will Be Located Well Offshore Of The Delmarva Peninsula, And The Low Will Linger There Into Fri. Mariners Should Monitor Later Forecasts With Respect To The Timing And Strength Of Winds With The Low, Preparing For Possible Avoidance. As High Pressure Gradually Builds East Off Of The Coast Thu Night And Fri, The Low Will Slowly Weaken And Shift Southeast. High Pressure Will Be Over The Waters Fri Night Through Sat Night Except For A Surface Trough Located Along Or Near The New England Coast.
